Pippa Middleton has revealed that pilates is the key to her figure which has attracted worldwide attention since her bridesmaid role at the royal wedding.
Miss Middleton, 27, became a talking point after she confidently and elegantly performed the role at the marriage of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, now the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
The party planner has disclosed that weekly pilates sessions at a Parson’s Green fitness centre near to her home in West London are the key to her shapely figure and perfect posture.
In a testimonial on the Pilates On The Go website Miss Middleton praised her trainer, Margot Campbell. She wrote: “As someone who is always 'on the go’, Pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London.
“Whether it’s 7am in the morning or 7pm at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated. Over the past few months I have noticed a huge difference in my core strength and posture and couldn’t recommend Margot more highly as an instructor.
“From breathing techniques, muscle toning to overall flexibility and relaxation, my Pilates sessions have become something of a weekly necessity that keeps me fit, happy and energized.”
